  • Develop market research in parallel with geographical and industry specific objectives.
  • Assemble comprehensive company target list while uncovering potential candidates to approach.

Strategic Planning

  • Gain a broad understanding of your environment and short, medium, and long-term objectives.
  • Absorb a complete understanding of your needs surrounding the requirement.
  • Submit our strategy coursing direction and objectives

Candidate Selection & Development

  • Create a long list using our network along with various other innovative resourcing techniques and tools.
  • Initial screening and interviews with a selection of candidates from the long list.
  • Comprehensive face to face (or virtual) situational interviews with a focus on industry expertise and emotional intelligence.
  • Where requested by the client, provide additional solutions including psychometric tests, situational roleplay and competency-based assessment. .
  • Compile an in-depth report to present as a final shortlist.

Presentation

  • Meet with you to present the report and engage in dialogue regarding each candidate, analysing strengths, weaknesses and potential personal development opportunities.
  • Facilitate all meetings between both parties ensuring smooth execution of interviews.
  • Gain thorough feedback and manage communication closely.
5.

Negotiation & Transition

  • Prior to submitting formal offer to the selected candidate conduct formal reference checks.
  • Play an integral role in the successful negotiations between you and the selected candidate.
  • Monitor and manage the notice period until the candidate is fully integrated into the business.
  • Follow-up with you periodically to ensure the hire is a success and expectations are being exceeded.
