During the process we will always:

Get to know you

We will dedicate time to meet you (virtually or in person) and get to know you both professionally and personally, to better understand your motivations, drivers and career aspirations.

Evaluate your skills

We will take an in-depth journey through your employment history, key achievements, failures, strengths and weaknesses, which in turn will allow us to gauge your suitability to a specific role or client, ensuring that you are only ever submitted for opportunities that align with your skillset and desired employer profile.

3.

Thoroughly prepare you

We will ensure you are thoroughly prepared for all eventualities during the interview process, including the provision of a job specification (where provided by client), a detailed overview of the employer’s history and culture, the profile of the hiring manager, how to present yourself, good questions to ask the interviewer and potential key areas of focus and questioning during the interview.

Debrief and provide feedback

We will always provide you with honest feedback from the client which will allow you to prepare appropriately for the next stage of the process, or alternatively help on improving your chances of success for future opportunities.
